Support
Questions about connecting an account, a publish that did not behave the way you expected, or access to a platform still in review, we answer all of it at one address.
Contact us
We reply within two business days. If you are reporting a failed publish, include the post id from the API response, it lets us trace the exact request without any back and forth.
Common questions
Do I need my own developer app on each platform?
No. That is the main thing Creasion removes. We hold the platform app registrations and approvals, so you connect an account through a normal OAuth screen and start publishing. You never fill in a platform review form.
Which account can I publish to?
Only accounts that have been connected and authorized through the platform's own OAuth consent screen by the person who owns them. Access can be revoked at any time from the platform's settings or from your Creasion dashboard, and revoking immediately stops publishing.
Where are my platform tokens stored?
Encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, server-side only. Tokens are never returned by the API, never written to logs, and never sent to the browser. Refreshes happen on our servers so connections do not silently expire.
What happens when a post fails on one platform but not another?
The post is reported as partial, with a per-account result showing exactly which target published and which failed, plus a machine-readable failure code. A failure on one platform never hides the posts that succeeded.
Why is a platform marked as in review?
Each platform gates programmatic publishing behind its own approval process, on its own timeline. Until an approval lands, publishing on that platform is limited or unavailable. We state the current stage per channel on the Platforms page rather than implying everything works.
Is there a free tier?
Yes, a permanently free tier with 2 connected accounts and 30 posts per month, including both the REST API and the hosted MCP server. No trial clock, and no card required to start.
How do I cancel?
From the billing section of your dashboard, at any time. Billing is handled by Paddle as merchant of record; see the refund policy for details.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Email us from the address on the account and we will disconnect every linked social account, delete stored tokens and media, and remove the account. See the privacy policy for what is retained and for how long.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, particularly anything touching stored platform tokens, email support@creasionapp.com with the details before disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge the report and keep you updated while we fix it.
