How to request deletion of your data

Creasion stores the social accounts you connect, along with the encrypted access tokens that let us publish on your behalf, and the posts you have created through the API.

Removing a single connected account

Disconnect it from your dashboard. The stored tokens for that account are deleted immediately.

Via Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings

If you connected through a Meta platform, you can remove Creasion from that platform's app settings and choose to send a data deletion request. Meta notifies us automatically, we delete the connected account and its tokens, and you receive a confirmation code that you can check on this page.

Deleting everything

To delete your Creasion account and all associated data, email support@creasionapp.com from the address on your account. See our privacy policy for what we store and for how long.
